the outside of my bedroom door has a little slit in it, it's about the width of a nickel

she can enter the room by simply putting a coin or a knife in the slit and turning it, which unlocks the door

she comes in and steals all of my things! what can I do?!

  3. DUDE I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM LAWL!!! my sisters young so she just likes to bother me. i dont mind her seeing my p***s or anything but its just annoying

if ur absolutely desperate get one of those locks where you nail it on the edge of your door and theres a switch that will push out a metal thing that will block someone from opening the door.

  4. What use to work for me, is I use to pumbles the c**p out of my brother. A couple of black eyes and they learn after a while.

  5. As far as rigging up the door to make it so that your sister can't get in when you aren't there, that would seem impossible. Only because you'd get locked out also.

Maybe you should talk with your parents about your sister stealing your stuff. If your parents aren't open for suggestions you need to hide your things a lot better.

  6. Bridgett, I cannot understand why you cannot get another lock, even a "Padlock" which is fitted on the door surface would do the trick.

Alternatively, put all of the things she "borrows" in a locked unit in another room, without her knowing. Enlist the help of Mom or Dad or both, to help maintain harmony in the house. Sisters stealing/borrowing from sisters is not uncommon, and she will eventually grow out of it and become more independent, but yes I do realise the problems this can cause.GL

  7. Put a couple of nails in through the door frame where it seem that they are sliding flat things through
