How can I print a colour picture in black & white. I select grey scale but it defaults back and prints color?

  1. Check the printer.... hard into the boards.  Show it you mean business and are no push over.  If it still gives you a hard time, drop the gloves and give it a good pummeling.  Office Space style.

  4. this is for windows:

    Usually under your printer you can change that. make a link to your printer to your desktop, then click properties. Somewhere there will be a color option similar to the one you probably used in Microsoft word or whatever. change it to gray scale and then click ok. it will stay that way until you change it back to color
