You can post movies on youtube that only friends and family can see as well. On each video is an edit settings button. From there you set your privacy setting to friends only.

Open a free account with http://pixilis.com/ --- Canada, which allows unlimited foto and video upload. They have good privacy settings which only lets people see those clips that you allow.
