How can I protect a CD/DVD that I make from being copied?

  1. While there are some expensive tools you can use, the reality is that NOTHING you put on CD/DVD is going to make it 100% copy proof short of not making the disc readable in the first place.

    If the disc can be read, it can be copied.  Period.  End of story.  All of the current copy protection methods for CD and DVD have been throughly cracked and defeated - in some cases, the scheme was defeated even before affected discs even hit the shelves.

    So, yeah, you COULD do this, but you'll just be wasting your time and money.
