Yes I have with me all the documents to prove that I have a good job here in the Phils. and I have with me also the proof of my properties but the consul do not bother to see them. In my second attempt I have with me the invitation from our main office in the US and their affidavit of support. Also, the letter from our national office, plus the other documents (complete). But the consul does not want to see them. I am just starting to give the invitation and he said "NO, NO, NO NEED, NEXT PLS." how can I prove my intention. It seems that I cannot prove anything 'cause I don't have a chance, and not allowed to prove it. Something like THEY WANT ME TO SWIM WITHOUT WATER. I think they should make a rule or policy on who can only come to their country. Then I asked the consul when I should apply and he said"ANYTIME". Any time? They should be honest on what they are saying. They will say anytime then they will say "IT IS SUCH A SHORT TIME SINCE YOU DENIED". I don't understand. HELP.

  1. The root of the problem is that over 1,000,000 Filipinos are TNT in the United States right now.  The more who lie to the consular officers...."Me?  Ay niku, don't worry about me, I'll be back..." the harder it gets for everyone else.

  2. There is usually a period of 12 months to elapse before making another application unless you have some new compelling & substantial evidence to show your intention to return to your home country.

Cheer up & think positive. Consider some more friendly places to visit and enjoy your good life.
