How can I prove that I have royal blood to the throne of Spain?

I know I have royal blood to the throne of Spain because my great-great-great grandmother was Sadinas de Santander, whom was a countess to Isabella II of Spain. However, I cannot find any info on my relative and I want to prove that I have Spanish royalty. How can I find out?

you can visit Spains oldest musem and library to get some info on your ancestors first. with that, go find a historian that is specialized in spanish history. He will help

How is your great-great-great grandmother Sadinas de Santander related to Isabella II of Spain? Is it by blood or by marriage? This is pretty crucial in determining your family lineage. A countess can be a title inherited by birth or bestowed upon marriage to a Spanish aristocrat. Your great-great-great grandmother may had been a cousin of Isabella II of Spain, on her mother's side. Then you would not have any direct royal blood connection with the current Spanish royal family, nor are you a "direct descendant" of Isabella II of Spain. If your great-great-great grandmother is not a member from the House of Bourbon, which both Isabella II and the current Spanish King Juan Carlos I is from, you probably do not have any claim to the Spanish throne.

A geneology would be your first stop.  and, if you really want to test your BLOOD, have a DNA test done (I'm only half kidding) and see if you can find someone to compare it to the King's blood/DNA.  Once the rest is done, there might be some way to get the blood test done.  

What you give doesn't give any evidence of ROYAL blood, only that family stories give that you have NOBLE blood (a difference).  

And a little linguistic point...WHOM is used as an object, not a subject.  WHO was a countess...

you should start looking at your geneology. Trace your last name or your parents' name and make a family tree until you reach her.
