  1. Put brass knuckles on when no one is looking and then put your boxing gloves on. No one will know how you got your magnificent punching power.  When I hit people I dont need the nucks but people could swear I am using them LOL

ps I am totally kidding if ya havent figured that out.  learn to throw your punches straight and with snap.

  2. You have to remember it is not all arm and shoulder strength. Physics is also involved in throwing a good punch. When your throw a punch remember to turn your body at the hips (unless it's a jab), your rear leg should turn on the ball of the foot and your weight should transfer a little from your back foot to your front foot. After you throw your punch you want to snap it back, the fist should make contact and whip back to your body. Snapping your punches ( as opposed to pushing them) focuses your power down into your fist as opposed to in your arm. Maybe you have seen video of Bruce Lee's famous "one inch punch" that is an example of how much power you can generate "snapping" a strike.

  3. ok. just get a heavy punching bag. or you could bench press and do push ups.

  4. your biceps, triceps and most importantly your lats are used. you need to develop all of these muscles in the gym. but what helps most in improving punching power is training with resistance tubes and things like that. regular heavy bag work also improves your punching power. and throwing medicine balls as hard as you can against the wall (one hand at a time).

you can get tips on these excercises on any of the boxing sites. try expertboxing.com. youtube probably has some training tips too.

    goodluck

  5. get cha weight up pimp! lmao! :D

  6. The link below is a super long helpful guide that will explain every little detail to question. Goodluck!

  7. Start hitting with weights

  8. buy a punch bag, and practice hitting it. That's what i would do.

1.Simply hang it up, and punch it fast, but lightly, this will help build up your muscles.

    2. Target practice, if you have a punch bag practice punching the same spot, and increase your speed.

    3. Try different techniques whilst training, for example, bring your arm back further, change your style, how you stand ect...

    4. Try training with weights, increasing the size off your biceps and triceps. This should increase the weight behind your punch, right? I am no professional, but i assume this is correct.

Good luck, and keep practicing! I hope you don't get into any fights after using these tips, god knows what will happen!

  9. either your born punching hard or you dont....it simple ways to improve how punch harder speaking in boxing sense it technique..... alot has to do with your foot work and the way you rotate your arm and legs. i cant explain threw words in person would be better go local boxing gym they be able explain or youtube to see visual explanation. also it how you planted on the floor and if you balanced make a difference but  muscle not needed to punch hard example kelly palvik.

  10. punch hard lmao

  11. Take classes and work out increasing the muscles you use to punch....bicept, tricept, and forearm.  That should help.

  12. Ok this is an easy question to answer seen as i increased my own power at home and when i went to boxing gym it turned out i had the hardest punch by a fair bit.  Hitting a punchbag will really increase your punch power by almost twice as much. Even without coaching you will naturally increase the technque of punching as you will figure out which ways make the bag move more. Also just keep throwing hundreds of punches a day whether you are in your living room work or whereever. This will increase the speed in which you punch as your body will get used to it, something to do with nerve impulses etc Even if this doesnt get best answer, try it out and i assure you that you will increase your power dramatically, maybe not your boxing skill as that is all in the mind. Good luck with your training mate! O yeah and i just noticed some other answers saying to increase size of your bicep... dont. It restricts the speed in which you punch out as bicep contracts. And also most of your power comes from hip movement just remember that!

  13. By choosing loda!
