How can I purchase items online that do not ship to my country?

I want to buy some things from amazon or eBay, but I can't because they don't ship it to my country. I live in bahrain, is there a way for like FedEx or DHL to take the purchased item from the us and than ship it to my country?

  1. I'm not sure, but maybe get the items shipped to a friend living in a nearby country, and them get them to ship it again to you.
