How can I put 100 lbs. onto my max bench press?

i try different programs , but still only bench 300, i want to bench 400, it has been a whole year at 300. Help.

  1. you probably need 2 eat meat be4 going 2 the gym and also work out with your hole body


  2. You've probably reached a plateau. Usually when this happens you have to change your routine. If you're doing 8-10 reps now drop down to 4-6 reps and use more weight. Always do RM's on each set for 4 or 5 sets.

    Then most importantly, Rest 48 to 72 hrs after each work out. I have also  use a reverse pyramid successfully; start with 5 reps, then do 4, then 3, and 2 and 1, adding a bout 10lbs each set. And you might want to do two sets of 2 and two of 1 rep for strength at the end of the pyrmid w.o.
