How can I put an image into my yahoo group homepage?

How can I put an image into my yahoo group homepage in the discription text message section (not the Colors and Photo edit picture)? I have seen several yahoo group homepages that have "Gicker" animated gif images on their hompage,

I can sometimes get the image entered using Frontpage, however later the image becomes a bad link. Does yahoo take images off group homepages?
