How can I put game saves on to my xbox 360 for Original Xbox games?

I have Silent Hill 2 for the Xbox, and Silent Hill 4 for the xbox. I want to download game saves, but how do I put them on my Xbox 360? I don't know what to do. BTW I got my game saves from Gamefaqs.com
