How can I put my house on the "Multiple listing" if Im selling "by owner", without a real estate broker?

I have to sell my house "by owner" but I wonder if I can pay a fee to put it on the MLS?

Yes, you can pay a fee to a broker and get this. It's often called an "MLS Only" listing.

The other posters are correct.  However, you should be offering at least 3% to the selling agent.

There are limited service agencies that will do this for you for a fee.   Some Realtors will do this also, with a disclaimer that this is a limited representation agreement and to contact the owner for showings and negotiations.
