How can I put my iPod music back onto iTunes?

I just bought a portable HD and used this method:

to get my songs off my iPod. Now, I want to put that all onto iTunes from the HD. I'm also using a PC right now, but will be using a Mac for college in two days because the school "gives" me one.

Please help!!

Google for a freeware/ shareware called SharePod. It is an excellent software for copying files to/from Ipod to PC. I used this method to transfer stuff between 2 160gb Ipod Classic and my files on a 250gb portable hdd. Try it and you will be hook.
