What is the best way? Heavier weight and more protein intake or what do you suggest? Thanks.

  1. Do a search on the Anabolic Diet. Might be worth a look. Caveat: I am no doctor or sports guru. Good luck!

  2. Mix it up some, the muscles adapt to workouts, so change ever few weeks, add weight, reps, and  different exercises. Eat foods that are good sources of protein and eat good carbs, might even add a protein supplement to make up for intense workouts, whey is good. Remember to still do some exercise that keep the heart rate up to burn fat, or you'll get to your weight but won't have that percentage of body fat. Good luck.

  3. Do lots of gym, eat lots of protein diet and enjoy.

  4. Moderately heavy squats will put on the most weight for you....being that the leg muscles are the largest (encompass all: quads, glutes, hamstrings, cavs). Good form, proper sets/reps etc.

Also the core exercises taht are the staples for mass building: bench, shoulder press, shrugs, cleans....etc.

Moderate cardio depending on your body and its metabolism. Check your body fat often to know.

Eat clean: some fats, proteins, carbs etc.....the good foods....fish, chicken. salads, pasta, fruits, veggies, lots of water, beans, rice etc.

**Eat as you are hungry as ur appetite should increase a lot whejn you start heavy lifting.

Enjoy and keep Track of what you are doing: You Will Find What Works best for you.....although the basics are still the most important and the most neglected~
