  5. Eat peanut butter sandwiches and do a lot of squats,but take it slow and make sure your technique is perfect so you don't hurt your back.Squats will slow down your metabolism.

  6. you dont want to start eating junk food and all. you still need to exercise. im trying to put on some wight to because im 13 and only 90 pounds. i have gained a few pounds by getting enough calories and fat in my diet (like i didn't do before) but i still exercise and eat healthy.
