How do you make an ad on craigslist without it getting flagged and removed?

People say business have to post in Services, but I'm not selling a services, I'm selling a product.

I'm doing online marketing for about 3 years and days ago I've reviewed a 90 minutes video guide that explains on easy stepts how to post more ads on craigslist without getting flagged.
