How can I put videos/movies on my MP3 player?

Please dont say it isnt posible because my MP3 player has a catagory for Videos and it also came with videos on it but i dont know how to put the videos on it! And Also where can I find a website to download FREE Videos/Movies?

  1. If you have video, you would want to be looking for .mp4 's. I know limewire has .mp4 's, try them out.
