I'm trying out for my school's JV volleyball team this year. I was captain of the modified team last year.I'm EXTREMELY nervous about the tryouts which start in 1 week. I'm making myself sick! I started bumping the ball and setting to myself in my backyard and even spiking against the retaining wall. There is supposedly A LOT of girls trying out this season and I want it SO badly. I was cut from the JV softball in the spring and I'm afraid of that happening again.Please give me some tips that can strengthen me so I can do my best to get on the team.thanks.
