Question:

How can I "round" my Volvo 940 headlights

Okay so I have a Volvo 940 and the thing that really bothers me is that the headlights are pretty much rectangles. I'm trying to find a way so that I can make them look more rounded. I saw a picture of the same headlights with some kind of piece over the light that rounded off the one corner. Does anyone know what this piece is called and where I can get it? And any other ideas on how I can make them look more rounded? Thanks!

  1. Have you contact your local Volvo Dealerships?  I think that's a great place to start!  Those guys know everything going on with Volvo or they will find out for you!!!

  2. these lamps and brackets are easily removable, go to a junkyard and pick a style that you do like and purchase the whole assemblies and install them in your car [some fabrication skills will be needed mayby even a little welding] then make your own headlamp doors [grill extensions] out of expanded mesh, aluminum diamond plate or even other broken grills from the junkyard. be as imaginative as you dare.

note it would be best if you could draw a picture of what you might like before going out junking and stick to that plan. [else you may wind up with the whole salvage yard jammed into your next door neighbors back yard] [they won't care much for that]
