  1. !. You can make adoption donation flyers on your computer with pistcures of the animals in the rescue. A place around us makes 100 copires for $3.00

You can hand them out yourself, or while out with your family at rescteruants and such aks the mangager to sponsor this rescue by handing out flyers to their customers. Make an adoption day out of it, you can make your own adoption day up, ask the rescue {why would they mind, you may even ask them to match you with printing cost, although it would help more if you payed, if you can} say something like, On The Other Side Of The Fence, a non profit animal rescue is having a fundraising and adoption event on August 23rd {this is our next one}, and would like for you to sponsor their rescue by handing out flyers to your customers for the event.

Then you can add things on the flyers like, dog food drive, raffles {50/50 raffles are the cheapest,} You may get the community to go all out and have something like Our Rescue had this August 2, Best Country Clear 94's Brittney McKay and Z-95 The Bone's Chris Berger will walk “Naked” through Ferguson Grove at 10am -don‘t miss it. 4. cook some cup cakes or biscuits and sell them outside your house, put a sign up stating what charity you are supporting, or another good way is too get some packs of ice poles they are usually cheap in the supermarket you can buy them 1 pound for 20 sell them for 10p on a hot day the trade may start slow but if you can put up posters in your street saying you are selling things for charity i am sure your neighbours will support you, how about sorting out your room at the same time any toys you don't want you could sell for charity you can put a sign up the week before saying you are having a garage sale for charity and people will come and have a look, at the moment there seems to be a trend for garage sales and you don't even need to leave your garden, your mum and  dad may donate some stuff but all this can be done from your home and people will be pleased there is a thoughtful young lady trying to do her bit for charity  and will support you best of luckhoney hope it all goes well for you

  5. You can ask neighbors to set aside aluminum cans to recycle for your rescue center.I know i would set cans aside for you. You could try donation jars in stores. Once you get started contact your local newstation (or newspaper) and see if they will do a local interest story on your fundraising efforts. You can see if any businesses will help out,try asking Walmart, they will donate money if you ask a store manager. Everyone loves young people raising money for a great cause, Good Luck!!!
