How can I re-arrage this space?(pics)?

Yes this is my college dorm room.

If you could please just describe what you would do to this space.

I do not want to block the window, yet make it a focal point in the room, I have a great view. I'm sure my roommate is open to change also, so don't be afraid to move her bed around too.

if you and your roomie are close, put the beds together to form one big bed. it will leave you more room. my best friend did this in her dorm

You can put each bed on either side of the window. And then you can put the desks at the foot of each bed next to the closets....

I don't know if fit that way but hey it's an idea

Simple solution:

flip the two beds with the two decks leaving the small nightstand that's between the beds where it is so that the two desks are on either side of the night stand butting up against it. So now their should be no space between the nightstand and the two desk. Now the new bookcase can be placed in an angle touching the wall of the window and the wall of where the desk are.
