How can I reach the next level of lucid dreaming?

Question

I am able to control my dreams, but I wnat to be able to do more, I don't just want to change the outcome of my dreams but the setting and enviornment. Can anyone tell me how to do this.

Try and go back to sleep with that intention on your mind, sometimes that will help. Think of the situation and the outcome you would like to have happen just before you go to sleep!

I have found that if I want to dream about a particular dream if I make it a conscious effort in my mind to do so it will happen. Hope this helps, it won't hurt to try!

"Creative Dreaming" by Patricia Garfield, Ph. D

ISBN 0-345-24955-0-175 -it came out in the '70's, started the whole LD phenom, still the most authoritative.
