How can I receive my mails in a specific folder?

assuming that I have a folder named Nadine, so when I receive a message from her I need this message to go directly to the folder named Nadine

  1. If you're using Outlook, Outlook Express:

    Simply go to >Tools.  Select Rules and Alerts from the menu.

    Create a New Rule.

    Then select " Move messages from someone to a folder" and click next.  If you select "From people or distribution list" from the top menu,  click on " People or distrubution list"  (which appears to be linked)  in the bottom menu.  

    A popup window will appear, letting you select the sender.  Click on your friend's name or email address.

    Click ok and hit Next to proceed.

    On the last menu, select "Move it to the specified folder" from the top menu.

    Click on the linked word "specified" in the bottom window and simply select the folder you have given to her.

    You're finished!

  3. Create a Nadine folder, then create a rule that all mail from Nadine go directly to that folder.  I do this for mail from my daughter.
