  1. Warm down properly and take in fluids to supplement what is being spent. Regular training and exercise will get you over the problem.

  2. the main reason your body is stiff and sore i the build up of lactic acid as well as stretching pre and post work out you should also stay hydrated all the time this also increase performance it also helps to take some form of protein supplement as the protein will aid in muscle repair and development .

  3. Yeah,

Like Brendon said; stretch and warm down properly.

If you can have an ice bath, then that helps muscle tears recover much quicker.

    Also, compression clothing really helps.

You look like a total spaz, but it works.

  4. Light warm down and stretch after the session followed by a cold shower and a sugary drink.Always works!

  5. All the above answers are spot on but also if you have access to it a human shiatsu practitioner a session works wonders, I know because my missus does them and though it feels weird at first it does help in the long run & helps prevent injuries too.

  6. Make sure you stretch fully at the end of training as well as the beginning.
