How can I redo this? (18)?

Question

I have a fun taste but a limited budget to do this, I have brown and blue, and brown furniture, should I paint the furniture? If so what color? I want cool things on the walls but not painted on, I like a fun yet mature room, What do you think I should do? Oh my room is pretty dig, but whats the best place to put a bed? like cata-cornerd, or just on a wall, by the door (I have a big window? I want to have this finished b 4 Friday night, thanks soo much!!

this is a budget answer. try going to ikea, its cheap yet good quality. if its not nearby your house well, try another store but thats the best one I know.

If your deadline is Friday night, paint is out.  You are looking at curtains, wall hangings and accessories.

If your room is small the bed needs to go next to a wall, if it is a single bed this is best anyway.

If your furniture is the same color brown as your other stuff, I wouldn't paint it. But throwing in some blue could help--maybe blue throw pillows on your couch or bed, or a blue rug? These are things you can get for not much, and you can make throw pillow covers really easily.

Also, if you're going for something not to paint on the walls, I suggest decals. You can buy really cool ones, or better yet, get some cool paper and an X-Acto knife and cut out big shapes. Then you can use Spray Mount to stick them to the walls, and eventually peel off.
