Question:

How can I reduce my man t***s?

Alright. So I have male b*****s.. they are big and annoying.

I am obese and for the past 2 months I've been trying to lose weight. So far so good and I've put off 12 pounds.

I mostly run and do a few weights 4 times a week. I've also tried to change some bad eating habits.

Question: Is there any exercise I can add to my routine that will decrease the size of my male bosom? I'm afraid that if I do too many weights that it'll "bulk up" and push me to a C cup!!!

Thoughts?

  1. Well first of all, congratulations on loosing the 12 pounds. Keep up the good work! If you do push ups it helps, but I know that they are usually hard for bigger people to do. So lay on your back and lift weights. It doesent have to be a ton of weights. Start off with small weights and gradually move up if you would like to. Don't over do it because that will not do anything for you.

Good luck with your weight loss. I hope this answeres your question. :)

  3. First loose the weight. I know, easier to say than do, but that has to be the first step.    It looks like you are on the right track for that.   Once you get down to what may be considered a "normal" weight for your height, then see if you still have "male b*****s".  In order to tighten up the pectoral muscles you have to do a lot of light weight exercises.  Chest pulls, push ups,, bench flys with very light weights.   Exercises that are more aerobic.  Using heavy weights will enlarge those muscles.   If you are in your early to mid  teens gynecomastia (enlarged male b*****s) my be a relatively temporary condition that will resolve itself as you grow.   It can be caused by a hormone imbalance. If you are in your late teens or early twenties and still have enlarged b*****s the alternatives are hormone therapy or surgery.  The best course of action is to check with your doctor (family doctor) or a specialist (plastic surgeon).   The doctor can tell you the type of tissue underlying your condition, (fat, muscle or actual breast tissue) and the best course of action to correct it.  While all surgery should be considered serious, thankfully, if it becomes necessary, gynecomastia does not involve major surgery.

  4. turn it into muscle then just slow down on the weights adn the muscle will go away a little that may make them smaller.

  5. well if you are lifting weights you want a big chest because it will be muscular and msot girls thing pecs with muscle in them are sexxay.

  6. male b*****s or gynecomastia is an inherited trait, and it takes surgery to change the fact that they are present.  Once you achieve your goal weight, talk to a plastic surgeon
