Alright. So I have male b*****s.. they are big and annoying.I am obese and for the past 2 months I've been trying to lose weight. So far so good and I've put off 12 pounds.I mostly run and do a few weights 4 times a week. I've also tried to change some bad eating habits.Question: Is there any exercise I can add to my routine that will decrease the size of my male bosom? I'm afraid that if I do too many weights that it'll "bulk up" and push me to a C cup!!! Thoughts?
