I have EXTREMELY oily skin and it gets really frustrating.
I have oil blotting sheets, cleansers that cater to oily skin...just about everything. But it seriously won't work. My skin gets oily about every 20 minutes. I have to constantly blot my face so that the oil doesan't build up and cause breakouts. I really don't think the cleansers and such are working for my skin, so I was wondering if there are any foods that can reduce the amount of oil on face. I drink ONLY water so, I yea..that won't help me either. I need any other tips...My skin is breaking out and I know it's because of all that disgusting oil!
