How can I reinstate the "reply" option to the emails on my yahoo group?

Members are no longer able to "reply", only to respond through the website or by writing a new email, which doesn't have the old info on it. Does anyone know how to reinstate this ability?

if your group allows hiding of e-mail addresses, those members who choose this option can then only reply from the group site, not through e-mail. this is the only thing I can think of with the info given.

if this is not the case, need more info to figure out what setting it may be, or if it's a mail provider issue
