How can I relax my muscles during a hard workout!!??

I have tendonitis on both shoulders and during a hard workout it tenses up...sometimes my coach gets ticked off when I ask her if I can stretch it out.....is it my lack of technique or is it just that im working too hard...should I breath to one side?? HELP??!!

  1. Try going to a physiotherapist, you should get some professional advice. However, you can try placing an ice pack on it, which will cease the pain temporarily or you can try lying down on a electric heating pad. just try it out (: it may work


  2. as for a coach i don't know  I do my own yard work setting down now   but i use a pickmaddic a lot so if i feel sore i put on some Ben-g*y and continue to work
