There's a been a flu going around lately and I may have caught it.

So far, nothing wrong except a sore throat plus some phlegm.

Is there anything I can do to relieve it?

  1. try erithromycin

  2. Zinc Lozenges.

They have been proven to shorten the duration of a cold. Imagine what they will do for the flu.

Not only that, if you take them as soon as the sore throat starts, it can knock it out. I have not had one for over a decade now.

    They are that good.

    Good health to you.

  3. Here... First of all let me tell u that flu is composed of:

    1. muscle pains

    2. cough or cold

    3. fever

Based on ur descriptions you dont have a flu.Okay, too much for that.

I often get sore throat because of my shouting in school. The thing u should do is get a glass of hot water which you think you can drink, and put 2 pinches of salt in it.Gargle for how many seconds and release the water. Then you have to repeat until the glass is empty. Phlegm is only from ur cough.

another thing is that you should chew a ginger allready been peeled. Treat it as if it's a bubble gum. U could also suck the juice of a lemon, the one that is sour. Okay too much 4 dt. Hope I helped!
