How can I remember my dreams in the morning?

The minute I wake up I want to go back to sleep to dream, I want to stay in my dreams forever but unfortunately reality is in the way, so what can I do to help me remember my dreams?

Last night I dreamt about Ryan Sheckler, omg haha I can't remember much except that we met at Baskin Robbins and then I'm suddenly in a cave with him, weird, but I want to remember it soo badly.

  1. you have just one way ...

    brush up your dreams the minute you wake up.. keep thinking about it until you wake up completely or fall asleep again.

    share (Explain) your dreams with your friends....

    try once and let me know did it work or not.. i do it too in the same way.


  2. Write them down as soon as you get up or else you forget.

    That's what I do.

  3. try not to think about the dream. youre supposed to have about 4 dreams a night and its very rare to remember all of them and youll notice that sometimes at a random time in the day you will remember one of your dreams that you didnt even remember having so if you dont think about it you could probably remember some of your dream

  4. keep paper and pen nearby and write them down first thing.  Our brains arent' programmed to remember that stuff.  Really its like the recycling of previous days events, thoughts, feelings and emotions...etc
