How can I remove JokeBlueScreen?

Before I had the fake antivirus xp 2008 and now I don`t know how it removed because I can`t see it in the programs menu but I keep getting a blue screen with a box in the center saying: Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer.

Spybot - Search & Destroy

Avira AntiVir Personal

Spyware Doctor Starter Edition

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Malwarebytes alone should be able to remove the infection with a full scan, the rest of the programs are to protect yourself in the future from other infections.
