How can I remove a canker sore ?

What is the best strong medicine I can use to remove this gross sore in my mouth????

You could swish with salt water to help reduce the pain. But colgate makes a product that you swish in your mouth to help get rid of canker sores.

Avoid factors that can further irritate your canker sores such as hard foods and acidic drinks, stress and mouth trauma. Try herbal or home remedies against canker sore, they work better and help speed up the healing.

    *  Topical oral treatment

    * Anti acid and benadryl mix

    * Sage and chamomile mouthwash

There are just some that can help soothe and alleviate the pain. Never neglect your oral hygiene as well. Canker sore heal up in about two weeks or so,  but if they last longer than that, consult your doctor.
