  1. Proctologist.

  2. BBQ Tongs...reach in and give it a good pull.

  3. You may need to go to the ER and have them remove it, if you are too squeamish to put your finger in and actually dig it out.

Should you decide to do that yourself, you must be careful not to damage the wall of the colon.

In future, get more fiber in your diet, fresh fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, bran cereal and such so this doesn't happen again.

  4. Go to the Home Depot and get a stool remover. I think they are over by the drills and stuff.

    Good luck!

  5. Get a friend to help you. Is it a bar stool?

  6. try a fleet e***a.

  7. buy an oil retention e***a. run it under hot water then shake it like a polaroid picture. sit on the toilet...insert e***a and squeeze. hold that warm, oily stuff in as long as you can. if that doesn't work, call roto rooter. you should probably go to a GI doctor in any case. hard stool can tear your r****m. try drinking more water. eat some fiber.

  8. Buy some laxative suppositories at the drug store. Ask a pharmacist if you are not sure where to find them.  Their job is to find stuff for you, no matter how embarrassing.

If that does not work, buy a Fleet e***a.  Follow the directions on the package.

  9. Do like the mathematician did.  He worked it out with a slide rule!

  10. At this point, if you are having discomfort, maybe an e***a will give you instant relief.  You need to eat a balanced diet w/lots of boiled or steamed vegetables.  Drink lots of water to help keep the traffic flowing.  Lay off the starchy foods - potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, cookies, cakes, brownies, etc.  Dump the junk food.  Forsake the Fast Food Restaurants.  Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables - collards, cabbage, turnip greens, green beans, pea's, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus.  Meats need to be baked, boiled or broiled - never fried.  Grease from fried foods will bind up your system big time.

  11. Yes, a stool softener WILL work, you just have to use the suppository kind! You simply push it into your r****m and wait for it to work it's magic! Probably wouldn't hurt to begin drinking a ton of water while you wait!
