How can I remove password and user from WinXP Pro

I have remove battery and reset bios, with power cord disconnected. I have acquired a used p4 power quest

If you want to Remove the User Login Password for windows...

>> Log On to an Account

>> Go to Start > Control Penal > User Accounts

>> Do the things you want to Do.

If you want to remove a User from Windows XP Pro

>> Log on to a Administrative account other than the account you are going to Delete

>> Go to Start > Control Penal > User Accounts

>> Do the things you want to Do.

If you want to reset the BIOS Password.

>> Remove the CMOS Battery.

if you got a used pc just reformat the thing and be done with it

If you are trying to log in try using safe mode maybe the user doesn`t have a password for the administrator account. Before booting press F8 and chose safe mode.
