How can I remove?..............?

Question

a sticky part of a sticker on a babys top please? I dont want to wash the top as it is a gift for a friends little newborn baby! any advice please? thanks xx no time wasters please.......

If the only reason you don't want to wash it is because you want to keep the labels on, buy some nonbio and hand wash the area in the sink holding the labels out the way so they don't get wet.

Or why don't you just say sorry you got a mark on it when you were wrapping it, I know when my son was born I washed everything (gifts or that we bought ourselves) before I put them on him anyway.

could you not wash the new top, very carefully?  I would say to try something like wd40 or nail polish remover, but NOT for such a delicate item.  I cant see that you could remove it without using some sort of solvent based liquid.  I hope someone gives you a good answer. Good luck x

will it not peel off? if it wont then try and iron it or something then see if it will peel

i put sellotape over the mark rubbed really hard on the back of the tape where the sticky patch was and when i pulled the tape of it only left a slight bit(not really noticeable, unless u knew it was there). hope this helps

Put a ice cube on it and let it set there for about 5 minutes and it should come right off.Congrats on the new Baby.
