I recently bought a brand new black Toyota Camry, and in just couple days it is all scratched up. I have no idea how it got scratched up so fast. I assume that's just how the black exterior is, very prone to scratches.

What can I do to remove scratches from my car's exterior?

I don't want to repaint it. The car is also just few days old.

  1. Black cars show every little scratch and swirl....best to have a good detail shop buff it out...they have all the proper compounds and knowledge to do it right.... and use no-touch car washes.

  2. If you can feel the scratch than chances are its not going to come out easy. You can try and buff it by hand and if the scratches still dont come out you can sand them with 1,000 grit sandpapaper and then buff over what you sanded.

  3. Try buffing it!
