Nail polish remover (acetone) is usually the kryptonite for superglue.

I cannot tell you what it will do to the color of the pants. Try a little inside the leg cuff first (where it won't be seen.)

Acetone nail polish remover (non-oily) is about the only thing that I know of that will dissolve Superglue.  Put it on a cotton ball or cloth and then dab and rub gently on the spot.  It may damage the pants or remove the color from them, but basically they are ruined right now with the Superglue on them.  Once you have the glue removed, wash them as you normally would.
