How can I remove the advertisement located on one side and top of my E-mail window Thanks?

I have been invaded with unwanted advertisemnet located net to my E-mail window, also I have a wired long dog, kind of scary thing. please help to stop all the pop ups, worse of all is to stay, without my concent, I never experience, something like that. thanks EBunds
