How can I remove the smell of cigarette from a house?

I am going to live with my dad who smokes, how can I remove the cigaritte smell from his house and furniture?

There's a product called Odo-Ban that eradicates everything! I purchase this product at Sam's Club. Do a search on the internet to see where they may sell it. I use it in the carpet cleaner, in the mop water, as air freshner in a spray bottle and you can use it it to wash walls too. It's concentrated so a lot goes a long way. Have Fun!

If he continues to smoke, everything you do to make the place smell better will be done in vain.  Keep in mind that drapes, pillows, bedding, couches, carpet, rugs, etc. really soak up the cigarette odor.  If you use Febreze OFTEN maybe it'll help.  Please let him know that it will be healthier for him AND you if he quits.

burn sage, get a good air refreshner, umn you could let the furniture sit outside for a day and let it get blown away

You could try painting and steam cleaning things, but it's VERY hard to get the smoke smell out of anything. Good luck!

Open all the windows, clean the carpet and furniture, re-paint the walls and make him smoke outside.
