How can I remove this pop-up from my desktop?

I'm on my boss' computer at work. She says she came to work one day and a whole bunch of pop ups seemed to have installed themselves onto her desktop. I cant seem to make them go away. I've tried spybot and anti-virus scans and still nothing. Any suggestions?

I know it sounds simple but try a system restore to the last known good configuration. If it doesnt work then get:

1. Avast home edition 4.8

2. Zone alarm

3. Ad-aware
