How can I remove this virus?

Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.wis

My anti-virus thing - Shaw Secure - found it and I clicked 'disinfect' and it couldn't so it said it renamed it. I dont know what that means and I cant figure out how to remove it now..........

Ok, you are using bad software. You need to go get AVG antivirus. It is completely free and is updated frequently against new threats. It's really good! And did I mention it's FREE?!??!

Also, in the event that AVG doesn't work, try Avast! Antivirus, it's free as well and i've used it before and it worked well.

Delete the virus protector you have in there right now and quickly put in Avast!, thats the name of the program.

Avast is completely free, no hidden charges, no credit card sign up, nothing. Once you download it you will email yourself a key and you put it in the program and it works for 12 months and then you do the same thing again in 12 months.
