I have scrubbed my bath but seem to have scraped the white enamel in some areas to a grey colour. It feels smooth, the enamel hasn't come off but it's discoloured. Is there any repair kit or solution? How can I fix this? I am in a rented flat and won't get my deposit back unless I can repair it:(

  1. Hopefully you just discolored it, and did not really damage the porcelean.  What did you use to scrub it?  Any chance it was a metallic brush?

Either way, first try Lysol toilet bowl cleaner.  The type with the blue label, not the green one with bleach.  This is the go-to stuff for discolored porcelean.

Barkeeper's Friend is another option, a scouring powder that easily outperforms Comet.

  2. use crest whitening toothpase restoring tooth enamel.....oh wait thats teeth. nevermind. [:
