How can I repair my Starbucks Barista Expresso Machines' boiler?

The boiler on my Starbucks Barista machine has burned out. Determined by a espresso machine repair person. Im not going to fork out the big bucks to repair....want to do it myself. I have opened up the machine and see the internals/boiler. Wow. Looks complicated. But, what do I have to lose? Where would I get the replacement part for it?

I just purchased a replacement heater element for my Starbucks Barista machine from http://www.cerinicoffee.com/Heating_element_kit_saeco.asp
While open, descale and clean the boiler thoroughly.
