How can I repair my credit?

I am only 21, and in the past year I have screwed up my credit, but no I am trying to fix/repair it. What all do I need to do myself to clean up my credit. If I pay all my oustanding debts off will this help?

Yes, paying off your outstanding debts will help as will keeping all of your accounts paid on time in the future.  However, your negative credit info will stay on your report for 7 years.

if u pay off all your debt and dont create any in next year your good credit will be restored
