How can I report a Semi Truck that almost ran me off the road?

The number to call on the back of the truck was unreadable. I have the name of the transportation company: Gaines Transportation Services Inc. and the license plate number and state. However, I can't find a number for them anywhere online. Any suggestions?

If you have the trailer plate it will do you no good. You need unit# or plate off front of truck. A lot of these companies have 1'000s of trailers that are switched multiple times daily. Unless you have something off the truck itself they will work with you, but once you leave they will forget all about it.

GO TO THE DMV AND GIVE THEM THE INFO BIG TRUCKS ARE A DANGER TO OTHER DRIVERS AS WELL I HAVE HAD TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER ON THE TRUCK BEFORE BUT WITH THE INFO YOU HAVE THE DMV WOULD BE MY FIRST SHOT  GOOD LUCK

You probably have only the trailer tag number, Make sure you have the correct day, time, and location that it happened. Trucks pull different trailers and sometime depending on the fleet have different drivers. So you need this info the properly report the incident. otherwise all your reporting is that one driver at a company with perhaps 1000's of trucks, 1000's of trailers, an 1000's of drivers did something wrong.

The number on the back of those trucks are a joke for the most part.........................

1. Call 911 and report the truck with the license plate number.

2. Call the number on the truck anyway and get the persons name that you are talking to..........................
