How can I report someone for vulgar language?

You can use their ID profile to report them,the link is under the photo. list time date game/lounge ect.   But with out a screen shot of what they said. Yahoo will not do anything.  Best thing to do is use options box in games to set the language filter to strong! that turns cuss words into @@@@    or even better click on their ID then check ignore. then nothing they say will show.

Press the flag button that says 'Report it'.  Then it'll ask you what you are reporting for.  Just type it in.
