How can I reprogram my ecm/prom?

I have three third-gen F-bodies and am installing a supercharger and larger injectors in one of them and wanted to know how I could reprogram the new injector size and anything else myself so I won't have to pay for it. I would rather learn and spend money on software and whatever else is neccesary myself than pay someone to do it for me because I'm going to modify the engines on the other two. I figured it would be cheaper. So What do I need, where can I get it, or is it to much of a hassle? Thanks.

Check into SCT programmers.  I have one on my 96 GT.  It erases your main engine program and you can get a live wire update that you can connect to a laptop to change various parameters.  Sct also can program your product for you if you have all vehicle info.
