I'm a moderator of a group whose membership is by approval. If a person wanting to join cannot word the request properly, we send an email telling them what responce we need in the request, then we deny their request. Most times, we never hear from them again. What is the proper way to handle a resubmit request? We want all the members we can get, but many who are rejected and are asked to resubmit never do. Help!!

  1. this is up to you. our groups also require certain things, and odd requests we deny. legit people will e-mail the owners address. it's a flip of the coin for you- deny or approve but you really cant ask someone you denied to try rejoining- they'll just find another group.

consider moderating new members posts- this will help weed out any spammers- and close your membership list to members.
