How can I restore my bookmarks on My Yahoo page?

My bookmark folder that I started at least 5 years ago is empty after Yahoo updated ...how can I get to all of my bookmarks back? I am very upset with this. Can this be restored? I am a computer teacher- I even teach how to use Yahoo bookmarks...Please help me. Thank you.

Hello

The following may work and if not please post 'Added Detail' to allow others to continue assisting you.

Go to Bookmarks at http://bookmarks.yahoo.com and see if the they are available.  If they are, then Toolbar is on a coffee break and you'll eventually be able to access them.  

If you do find them, you can use the 'Tools' link at top right of the Bookmarks page to export them for safekeeping on a flash drive or your computers hard drive.
